Do I lose credits when I change plans?
No. Unused credits carry over when you upgrade or downgrade. Approve the change in Shopify and the new plan's credits are applied.

No. When you click Upgrade or Downgrade on Plans and approve the change in Shopify, your unused credits are carried over to the new plan.
The Current Subscription card then shows the new plan, monthly price, next billing date, and status. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice in USD.
