How do I stop a task from auto-processing?
Use Disable Auto-Update in the task's actions menu in History. It cannot be undone, but tags already added stay on your products.

Open History, click the ⋮ menu of the task, and choose Disable Auto-Update. Confirm in the dialog.
The Auto Update column then shows Disabled. This cannot be undone, so to auto-process again, create a new task with the option ticked. Existing tags stay on your products.
