TAGit Troubleshooting

Why a task has not started yet and what to check.

Pending

Tasks run one at a time. A Pending task waits while another task is Processing. Large tasks can take a while: estimate about 3 seconds per image.

  • Open History and filter by Processing to see which task is running
  • Cancel a running task if a smaller one is more urgent, then retry it later

Scheduled

A Scheduled task waits for its date and time, shown under the status. TAGit checks scheduled tasks regularly, so a task can start a few minutes after the chosen time.

  • Check that the date and time are what you intended, in your local time

Still not moving?

If a task stays Pending for a long time with nothing processing, contact support with the task ID from View details.
