Filters, collection contents, and per-run limits explained.
If a task processed fewer products than your catalog has, check these causes.
Filters
- The vendor field needs an exact match, including uppercase letters and spaces
- Status filters skip draft or archived products
- Skip previously processed products skips products already tagged by TAGit
Collections
A Specific Collections task only includes products that are in the selected collections when it runs.
Per-run limit
An All the Products run covers up to 2,500 products, and each selected collection up to 2,500 products. For larger catalogs, split the work by collection or run the task again with Skip previously processed products on.
No product at all?
If every product was skipped by the filters, the task completes with All products already had meta tags. No changes were made. If no product could be processed at all, for example with empty collections, it ends as Failed with No products were processed.
