Wizard steps: choose products, configure settings and tags, review, and submit.
Open New Task to start the bulk wizard. It guides you through five steps and adds AI-generated tags to every product you select.
Step 1 — Let's Get Started
Pick a source: All the Products, Specific Collections, or Specific Products, then click Next Step.
Step 2 — Choose Specific Items
Search and select the collections or products to include. This step is skipped for All the Products.
Step 3 — Configure Product Settings
Set the filters (published, active, remove existing tags, skip previously processed, vendor) and optional auto-processing of new products.
Step 4 — Configure Product Tags
Choose the Number of tags per product (1–7), an optional custom prompt, and include/exclude keywords.
Step 5 — Review and Submit
Check the summary, choose Add to queue now or Schedule this task to run later, name the task, and click Submit Task. Follow progress in History.
