Limit a task to the products inside one or more collections.
Select Specific Collections on the first step of New Task, then pick the collections on the Choose Specific Items step.
Selecting collections
- Use Search collections to find a collection by name
- Tick one or more collections; the counter shows, for example, 3 collections selected
- Use View in Shopify to open a collection in your admin
- Products that belong to several selected collections are only processed once
Why collections
- Roll out tags by season, brand, or category
- Use a category-specific custom prompt and keywords
- Keep credit spend focused on high-traffic product groups
- Auto-process new products that are added to those collections
Each collection contributes up to 2,500 products per run.
