The conditions a new product must meet to be tagged automatically.
TAGit auto-processes a new product only when all of these conditions are true.
The task
- It was created with Auto-process new products that match this task's criteria ticked
- Its status is Processing, Completed, or Completed with errors (shown as Ongoing)
- Auto-update has not been disabled
The product
- It is newly created in Shopify — edits to existing products do not trigger auto-processing
- It has at least one image without alt text, which is the case for most new products
- It matches the task: any product for All the Products, or a member of a selected collection
- It passes the task's filters, such as status and vendor
Your account
You need at least one available credit. Products created while you have no credits are not tagged later; include them in a regular task.
