Tag new products automatically with the settings of an existing task.
Auto-processing lets a task keep working after it finishes: every new product that matches the task is tagged automatically, with no new task to create.
Turn it on
- Open New Task and choose All the Products or Specific Collections
- On Configure Product Settings, tick Auto-process new products that match this task's criteria in the Auto-processing Options card
- Finish the wizard and submit the task
What happens next
- The task runs on your current products as usual
- When you create a new product in Shopify, TAGit checks it against the task and generates its tags within moments
- The same filters, number of tags, custom prompt, and keywords are used
The option is off by default and is not available with Specific Products, because a fixed list of products cannot gain new members.
