Can I tag only one collection?
Yes. Choose Specific Collections in New Task, search for the collection, select it, and continue. You can select several collections too.

Yes. In New Task, choose Specific Collections, then use Search collections to find and select one or more collections.
TAGit includes the products that are in those collections when the task runs. This is a great way to use different keywords or prompts per collection, for example one task per category.
