Can TAGit replace my old messy tags?
Yes. Turn on Remove the existing product tags in the task. The old tags are replaced with the new AI tags. Test it on a few products first.

Yes. On Configure Product Settings, turn on Remove the existing product tags. TAGit then replaces each product's tags with the new AI tags instead of adding to them.
Be careful if collections or apps rely on specific tags: add those tags to Include keywords, and test on a few products first.
