My store sells in two languages. Which tags?
Shopify keeps one set of tags per product. Use your main market's language, or add a second language with a second task.

Shopify stores one set of tags per product for all markets. Most stores tag in the language most shoppers search in.
For two languages, run a first task, change Language in Settings, then run a second task with Skip previously processed products off. Mind the 20-tag cap and the credits.
