What happens if I pick the 31st for monthly?
For months with fewer days, TAGit uses the last day of the month, so a task set to the 31st runs on 30 April and at the end of February.

With the Monthly pattern, you can enter any Day of month from 1 to 31. When a month is shorter, TAGit uses its last day instead.
So a task set to the 31st runs on 30 April and on 28 or 29 February. If you want a fixed date every month, choose a day between 1 and 28.
